“Concepts & Ideas 2008” featured five diverse, artistic visions. It explored complex theoretical ideas with experiments in new forms and media. The exhibition blended cinema, photography, and paintings, breaking down cultural barriers. The artists – Kabir Mohanty, R.M. Palaniappan, Kingshuk Sarkar, Avishek Sen, and Sanjeev Sonpimpare, aimed to engage in a dialogue by combining elements from the past and present. It celebrated experimentation and pushed the boundaries of visual language. The catalogue includes full colour plates of the artists’ works and their profiles.
